Walk, I have no idea. Have seen it before, I can't think of the stocks off hand but have not seen it often enough. My best guess is your thoughts. Someone is either trying a take over and buying up shares or someone really knows something positive is going to happen. I can't think of any other reason for as much buying as there is. I wish I could be more help. But I have not heard anything in either way on it.
