First off, I'd like to make it clear I'm not working off of any rumor mill stuff here. These are numbers straight from the filings and then the logical way I see it playing out.
Since those things I mentioned proceeding the K likely did not take place during the fiscal year last year, they would be better suited in their own filings than in the subsequent events section.
Additionally, it only makes sense to follow the K with this information, as the other way around would be both out of sequential order and opposite order of magnitude.
But, I expect it within days after for the push towards NASDAQ.
