I don't know for sure what the deal is. I just looked at the financial statements, SEC filings, news, etc. and came up with a negative conclusion, AFTER I was invested.
As to why anyone does anything.... to give the illusion of $ making opportunity to get more investors... to stay in business even when there is no $ producing business??? I don't know. I hope there are some real products to buy. It all sounds good, but why isn't all this investor $ making it happen in 2008 like he said? Why can't he file his papers? I don't know. I wish/ hope this is not a scam, that's all - was just sharing what I found so peeps were aware - in case they didn't know that things were ... um... dicey.

Hey, I hope it goes higher AGAIN... and stays there longer than a few minutes. Also, it was never at 50cents :) I wish - just like you. Yes, I have been negative lately. Sorry, just pissed at my late discoveries about the company and irritated at some of the inadequacies of ATNO to do things on the upand up and get this thing off the ground. I look at it like false advertising. I heard good things about the company, so I invested only to find some worrisome things. I would like to be wrong.
