It was not illegal, Mongolia was the China deal he mentioned in Monday's PR and the other US contract was also mentioned in Monday's PR, he said on Monday these would be done this week so Gwest did nothing illegal at all, he just confirmed what a lot of us already knew from Dennis and all of the past PR's.
