If the REGISTRATION of the registered securities of Respondent Fortel, Inc., now known as Envit Capital Group, Inc., IS REVOKED, then how can ECGP still be trading? I guess it means it has to stay on the greys to continue trading because even the pinks won't take unregistered stocks. It really is in no man's land now. Not much hope for a comeback.
They are not registered, but they are still trading. The problem with an SEC suspension is that it automatically invalidates the 211 that allows MMs to quote the stock...hence we are gray. In order to reverse that, Envit must find an MM willing to file a 15c211...that alone can take 3 months or more. As for reporting status, all filings must be brought up to date...a daunting, and expensive task.
