I enjoyed reading your posts today, and am glad you are around with us, The LONGs.

I agree with you. Rogerson realized that, and noted in the article that while the crop protection and petroleum additives businesses had reportedly been for sale prior to the bankruptcy filing, the rationale for any asset sale has now changed. It is interesting to see its 5-Years Plan.

With respcet to the PVC sale, although we are the last one to know, I think something is on a plate based on the bond activities.

Excellent post Xenn and you are absolutely right! I've mentioned on prior occasions the ag biz is prime in any economy. Not a luxury item. No matter how bad the ailing economy may become, the market for agricultural products will remain intact and high demand in order to maximize/enhance yield.

Same sentiment here Xenn. They could sell everything except Crop and Bromine and divi out the rest. lol I would just use it to buy more stock. lol That would be a win/win.
