I am not seeing any updates to either my ThinkOrSwim or Scottrade accounts so I called Scottrade and talked to a Senior Broker who stated it can take up to two or three days to get shares delivered.
How e-Trade users are seeing a change already is beyond me.. but hey, I'll wait till the morning to see what gives.
And yes, I'm optimistic about the future as well. :)
