OMEX could lose this case and end up in a parnership with Spain.

OK, Spain would be an unlikely partner in proper salvage for a while but it will most certainly NOT be the end of treasure salvage. That would include both the proper kind and the looters.

There are always other wrecks and other nations and if Spain ends up cutting their nose off to spite their face, it may take a decade or so for them to figure that out.
