There can't be a buyout unless the management agrees. The Class B shares give the
insiders the majority vote. Check the filings.

FAIR market value for tender offer???

MANAGEMENT has contoling interest, do they want to sell??? and at what PRICE??? Yes Yahoo has many post of three potential buyers after todays third party analysis..

Again the 70 Billion revenues for 1st Quarter and 29 million for last month of the quarter. without furter growth another 9 months at 29 equal 261 plus the 70 equal 331 million for FY 2010 20% profits = 66 milion net income 500 million o/s etc etc.. buyout price would be in Dollars, not pennies and then would MM and SM want to sell??? all depends on golden parachute offered to them.

Just for S & G. A fair tender offer even though we don't have any say in the matter. How about 5X future earnings of 240Mil= 1.2 billion divided by 220 outstanding shares would equate to $5 per share.

If management can reduce overall shares to 200 million shares. And projected earnings for 2010 is 38 million that's roughly 19 cents a share with a PE of 20 the PPS should be $3.60. Since SPONGETECH has a great advertising campaign and we have SPONGEBOB,Sarah Fisher and the BALL BOY falling(which is priceless lol). I say we are worth 2X $3.60 or $7.20.
