Are they gonna have enough left after selling assets to do anything as a going concern or are they wrapping it up and winding down operations all together?

Assets to liability ratio is positive, but I'm wondering if they will have enough left to do much of anything.

thanks, that helps. Still don't see an itemization of the "Exchange Amounts" - the amounts in question if customer claims are in fact upheld.
