This company tends to be slow at keeping the investor informed. They didn't come out with the news about the 400mill right when they found out about it. They already had all the buildings designed and a pic of the campus when they came out with the news. Believe me the company exists, the Chinese government isn't going to give a company 400mill then 6 months later the company says have it back we don't want to grow as a company
Penney stocks take alot of time to take off when you get in so early . The building for most of the products the company will make money on isn't even built yet .
