Slava never had access to the web-sight, why would you think he did? Dovgan would send updates to Slava who would then send them on to Lighsmedia (sometimes after Parkins editing, at least this is what Parkin once told me) to be added to the web-page content. Slava is not a web-page designer, never was. The new management team wants to control the web-sight directly from Magadan, Russia. Elena has also stated that Internet service in Magadan is not 100% reliable, that is why sometimes days go by with no response from her. So the web-page will no doubt be subject to the same delays at times I would guess. I am not saying the web-sight will be on a Magadan based server, but that there may be delays in getting information updated sometimes.
