Well we need to get a little positive long term visions going on here , so people have a reason to hold, hopefully the company or the IR firm will start putting out some positive data..

who is the current transfer agent (it's not apple consulting) or the current outstanding shares...

an increase in O/S is dilution whether to 504s or preferred shareholders.....

said an "equity line of credit" - so is that "convertable debt" used, if so, wonder what the conversion amount is and at what price.

why can't an O/S number be posted yet from those following this stock closely.......

seems most don't care about this information or number.....not material, all about the hype, PRs, and momentum......

and the stock continues to drop. .015 was indeed support, will it hold another day?

Do you folks realize that "Big apple" AKA "The kiss of death" is one of the most infamous groups in the penny stock world and probably have never had a single dealing with a legit company.
Pretty much a boiler room who dumps their paper as fast as they can. I would not believe a word they say and if you do you will learn the hard way. One can search ihub and find uhmmmm, nothing good said at all about them and probably most cursing them if not calling for there heads on a pike.

Yes there was only an increase in AS not OS. I guess my use of the word dillution was incorrect.
