KNDR has a lot of climbing to do, since its
fallen 39% in just 30 days. (.41 on 8/3/09 to .26+/- as of today)

BTW, you have absolutely no evidence and absolutely no reason to suspect that NITE is shorting this. Oh yes, your big board "secondary commercial offering" theory is completely bogus and pretty funny. No such thing exists, nor ever has. Any broker/dealer who packaged any pink sheet stock in any offering on any of the big boards would be out of business(and probably lynched) in 30 seconds or less.
