So on one hand this guy is saying

PNMS has the stated assets in place to be released at a future time BUT he doesn't have the cash and the lack of funds hurts his ability to get things done.

Wouldn't a normal thinking/operating person cash in so-called assets or borrow against those so-called assests to get done what has to be done...

Thats why nobody takes these jokers\failures seriously...

I get a big kick out of the "news". Under the CURRENT PLAN, #3 states that "the reverse split that has often been discussed LIKELY WILL BE NEEDED." Gee.........what a surprise. Someday even the biggest doubters will thank Pedro for all his hard work. When? In the year 2020 when they will try to scam the next generation of investors? I was in this stock a few years back and flipped it a few times, the last time when I bought it @.0015 and sold it for .0029. Im sure glad I got out of it then and never got back into it. I almost did but "they" needed my passport and other verification to buy PDRs then in a year or 2 after that, be able to cash them in for BIG PROFIT!!! Just seemed like too much of a hassle to me!!!
