You sure you're not getting ahead of yourself here? Just because the label is approved doesn't mean that production is around the corner. I wouldn't be surprised if BAB isn't produced until sometime in 2010 at this brewery. It sounds like they are working on some expansion plans at the moment. Also, it wouldn't make sense to create product for these states unless there was going to be promotion to support it--I don't know if that infrastructure is in place yet. Also, PK made a point about the expansion after Michigan was going to be in a "measured fashion" and that the states that were next in line were Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Nevada and Florida. Enthusiasm is great, but unless you are speaking on behalf of PK and DKAM I would be very surprised to see any of this happen within the next six months. I hope I am wrong and you are right on all this--or, do you agree that most of this won't occur until sometime next year?

sneaky,
not sure where you're getting your information from but i called kohler dist. in nj ( my home state)yesterday. i just got a return call. they know nothing about drinks america. when i mentioned badass beer, at least the guy heard of it and said it has something to do with "what's his name". i replied kid rock and he said "yea, that's him". please when you post, try to make factual posts and not speculation. the only thing that 'saves' you in this particular post is that you used the word "appears" to be intial locations. i only called the one listed in nj as i live there. i'm not about to call all of the other ones you listed but i hope they are more accurate than the one i called.
