Because my IRA'S and other account had shares sold of NASD listed stocks that were long term holdings to cover a bad distribution of a pink sheet stock. Not right away but ONE YEAR after selling CTBG. Have you ever heard of any pink sheet stock causing the selling of your shares in other stocks, let alone one year later? It was over $40,000 of other listed stock sold because of CTBG distribution out of my accounts.
