Does anyone know if they release 10K's during hours or is it always before or after trading hours?

Didn't you guys read the SEC site? The 10-K was due by 5:30 pm, period. It is now late, did not show up on the site, which kept updating right up to the 10 pm eastern time when it closes.

These forms show up as soon as they are filed. This is the 21st century, computers are pretty fast these days, ya know. So, as soon as the filing reads "Accepted", it is in the system. However, if not in by 5:30, it gets credited as filed the next day.

So, now, they have till 5:30 Tuesday to file the NT 10-K, or get an "E" appended. There's a 2 day grace period there, see http://www.otcbb.com/DailyListContent/delistings/OTCBBDelOpenReport.pdf
