Uh OH, Looks like the board ID numbers got scrambled somehow. When reading a post here on Q&A, then clicked on the thread title link, it to me to NTCS thread.

Hey! I click on the link at the top, and I'm redirected here:

What gives?

Seriously, it's always nice to go away for a few hours, come back and find that not only has all heck broken out, but it's already been safely tucked back in its place.

Regards,

Cool feature idea:

I know we have ignore and some other things in the hopper, but I was reading a few boards earlier and also found myself very busy, often too busy to keep up with all the messages on a few boards DURING TRADING HOURS. After 7 or 8 pm, I like reading all the extra commentary and other posts. But during work hours, I'm swamped trying to keep up with certain folks market commentary.

So my idea.

It'd be neat if I could pull up a screen, similar to a board list, of JUST posts by posters that I chose to read.

And they don't use read_msg. It's like my own personal board that I view.

For example, I could pick out 5 people and have all of their posts show up on "my board" .... So I click on the last one I haven't read yet. And continue through them, only getting the posts by the folks I chose, no matter what board they post on.

Kind of like a slimmed down, reverse ignore filter.

This presents a very cool challenge and a feature that I think would be top notch. I might even take a look at building it myself late at night if you have too many things on your plate.

Very similar to the idea of a personal finance page showing only the news you really care to see.

Thoughts?

We have a lot of eyes on us. I want to keep this baby steam rolling.
