Good point. I've noticed this slow steady accumulation for about 2 months. Still wondering about last Friday's EOD trading, the huge blocks that started going through shortly before the bell.
As for the second half of your post, I do remember during the heyday of economic disaster not that long ago, which I believe is currently diguised as recovery, that the OTC and Pinks were not affected like the big boards. Of course one can only guess based on the dynamics, but IMO CEMJQ is still way undervalued at these prices so may not react at all. That's a hard call, for sure. One thing that I really like about this company is the agri-chem part of the business. No matter how tough things get, basic survival requires food, water and air.
