I received an email response from SM stating that the 10k is not late until after 09/9/2009. Any thoughts from anybody??

ha well i'm going to do some moving around of funds... see what I can do as well...

Listen Don't get me wrong if we get a NT 10k I do think we will pull back...

But I think we will max pull back as much as we did prior... 31%... And then once the truth is out.. and the people look at the content and not when they think the report should be out... the rally will start just as it did after the past 10q...

Who should be worried though is the shorts... As if we get the same price action post 10k as we did post 10q... they are going to have to start to cover based on margin calls alone imo...
