Personally, I believe the MM's are playing into the lack of buying interest/pressure, and therefore they have been able to walk it down very effectively, over the past few months.
(Watched the .115 trades today, and it was obvious.)
I don't believe that there are... that many shares actually out there which could create such a "consistant dripping effect", and especially with the positive progress the company has made to date.
Time will tell, but it could also have to do with a few retailers looking at the "current cash position", but not recognizing the fact that Mr. Lorsh is also the RHL Group?
