Your words are almost non-sense. I quote:

Everyone who can read knows DRGZ doesn't have a PE ratio and an upside down balance sheet.

Everyone knows DRGZ has debt. Duh. Management itself in a recent PR and the latest 10Q has pointed out its debt and that they've negotiating a solution. Over $2 million in debt has already been converted to equity...POOF. Gone.

The company has stated they anticipate that the remaining debt will also be converted to equity. Maybe we will hear something about this in the next week or so.

Bell : excellent points

I find your analysis on the mark, as opposed to the alternate strategy of "waiting, hoping, and praying." These guys have lost money consistently and now are venturing into completely foreign territory that has (1) high start-up costs (2) complex infrastructure and delivery needs and (3) fierce and established competition.

It doesn't help matters when the only argument offered in their defense is "Yeah, so what ... that's all old news."
