Got this from a shareholder last week- Looks good re. Wowgreen-companies talking on resolution- My bet we see it taken care of before the Launch.

This is all under discussion between the two companies toward mutually beneficial resolution. I wish I could say more at this point, but because there is discussion with attorney involvement, there isn't much that could be released at this time. I can say that both groups have their own opinion on the matter while, at the same time, seeking a solution that will be win-win.

FYI...wowgreen/eeso settlement on track now...still seeing enrollement in distributors and preferred customers...I do not
see any concern for EESO/WOWGREEN issues with new potential distributors...the word with the wowgreen leadership is "it's been resolved"...September International launch still on track to be a big event...AND YES... Zimmerman will Rock WOWGREEN!!.. EESO will follow...loading and looking for more funds. IMO and others.
