however,despite the fact that the questions didn't include the chronology of paul's statements in the past here just one example which shows a lot how everything stinks here :
shareholder meeting in may, : a lot of promises and positive statemens including finances(not talking aboout projections). there was no sign of financial stress.
july: according to paul's answers : inability to pay debt
after july, : pr bloomberg deal
honestly : a ceo doesn't know what is going on two months before insolvency and why has he the guts to pr the bloomberg deal.
this is just one example.
141 screwed us all doing a reverse split ( additional 10k to the 60k i lost with spooz).
these guys have no idea about ethics and honesty. there was no reason in my eyes (now), to create another legal entity.
one excuse was : the nature of business of the two companys didn't allowed having the business under the same legal entity.
suddenly 141 changed the business plan with no information to the shareholders.
what is the result from 2005 till now : from 0 to -3
who lost the most of the money? the owners?
give me a break paul.
just the fact that a ceo does not communicate tells me a lot.
allie (with all due respect) why does paul have selected people he is answering to?
i have never attacked him in the past and he stopped answering my questions all the sudden. there were simple questions and easy to reply but maybe uncomfortable?
to answer the questions now its pretty obvious to me: he cannot get any money from spooz anymore !!!!!!!
one more on my list and i hope justice will prevail.
