It's likely but a restrained prelude of things to come. This one appears to have fireworks written all over it.

There do seem to be parallels to 2006 when CTGI traded in single digits before meteoric 10-bagger run to $0.51 en route, in fullness of time, to $2.40. In early 2006, CTUM (CTGI) came out of nowhere and splashed the scene with du Pont news. If imminent court proceedings give cause for optimism going forward, it would not surprise were there an immediate reaction to that jolt of adrenaline. It would be also interesting to learn what developments the company may have cooked up during this 10-month hiatus of imposed silence.
