Thank you so much. I think if they win the Scanbuy case in Oct then this might become like that small company that took Blackberry to court for infringing on their patents. They almost shut down Blackberry but got a huge settlement like I think 400M. No big company will get involved with a small company with legiation that might tie them up for yrs and cost them in a settlement. With all of these legal suites done and in their favor then they can collect their royalties and licenses. They will then have the experts coming to them. Question will the US Patent hold up in foreign countries to collect fees??
