some DD on lehman's law firm:

alvarez and marsal (A&M) were responsible for one of the most epic stock rallies of all time. healthsouth's bounce-back from .075 to 44.29...

will they do the same for LEHJQ shares? i don't know that it could quite match that run, but the courts do seem very sympathetic to lehman's interests and i doubt we could ask for better lawyers on the side of shareholders. jmho.
