Hey everyone,
this is my 3rd or 4th time posting.
I appreciate this site and all who strive to make this site informative and full of integrity.
Regarding the 10K filing, I went to Spongetech's Corporate Offices here in NYC on Thursday the 20th and sat down and talked with Bill Young for about 30 minutes.
He said the 10k will be out Monday EOD.
He said he and SM would have preferred it come out Friday EOD so people could mull it over over the weekend, but prevailing psychology and shareholder et al. perception was that EOD Monday would be better.
So as far as I can say and this is straight from the horse's mouth, Monday EOD/AH.
