hi red - all common shareholders have voting rights whether it be a proxy vote or for a corporate action. preferred shareholders do NOT have voting rights though i do agree with your statement that divs will go to the pref's over the commons. i think maybe you accidentally posted the wrong thing regarding voting right?
Here is their website info with contact #'s. Suggest you go to Walmart and buy a cheap cell phone in another persons name and call them with your questions. I doubt the facility was ever started or completed.
