Maybe,perhaps something will happen (by magic or Miracle)and revive SpooZ on the 30th of December 2009.Doubtful!!!

Or file SPZI as a worthless security thru your Broker on the last tradingdayof this year...and start claiming a 3K Capital Loss on your Icome Tax return...every year untill your total claim is exhausted...
