Any chance for a Sunday night release of the 10K ? Have heard this could happen. Realistic?

What caught my eye particularly was the language that the fiscal '09 financials: "Inclusive of submission of the Listing Application". Plus "granting of a waiver. Conditional listing. Expedited. Within six to eight weeks of the date of Listing Application being submitted."

WOW! WOW! Very exciting indeed. Mgmgt. is in 5th gear with evereything it does it seems. Nothing stopping SM/MM from their plan.

And of course the larguage "Exchange of certificates. New CUSIP number assigned....Clean start..separation of the legimate from the criminal." And I'll bet the catalyst for the ss/MOASS if not occurring before.

Very exciting. Surprising time frame, to both most longs, and I'll bet, particularly to the NSS, even legitimate shorts. This coming week.
