What is the court date? I've read the 3rd and I've read the 9th.
Can't find it on the court calender for the 3rd so I assume it's the 9th.

If everything comes out in our favor in court, what happens next with La Jolla Cove. Any legal eagles here have a clue on that?

Spec stocks have been running since March. Some are IHUB P&D specials, some have actual merit: good financials or a JV of some sort. But they all have something we ain't got: news, PRs, reports from IR or CEOs.

I think you're right about the lawsuit. If it goes the company's way, DR will pull the tape off CTGI's choppers and it will be back in play. A continuance, a loss....any delay really and we're still adrift.

And whose to say when this will actually occur:

next status and give a firm date when all parties will be available to appear for settlement
