Bingo Jufel , that's it. This could be significant. I'm gonna be watching this legislation and the reprocussions that follow. Why would anyone that is not American want to do business in dollars and US securities if they have to pay US taxes? Heck , that's why I'm setting myself up to retire in Thailand for christ sakes.MT
