a long time ago..It didn't..but it has now launched over your concerns that it wouldn't..

When Tracfone launches you can go back to the argument that Telmex hasn't launched yet and so on and so on..You can always sell and move on to other investments or you can stay invested here and posts your complaints daily making absolutely no difference in the outcome of OVOE and how well the company does...veno
