A 10K on time.
Actual outstanding share count.
A board of directors including outside directors.
A proxy statement
A shareholders meeting
A new full time CFO with accounting credentials such as a CPA

In learning how to use my new Schwab Street Smart Pro software today with Level 2 quotes (finally), I spoke to two Trading Brokers with questions and SPNG was brought up, and I kept each broker on the line for 40 minutes giving them the whole enchalada info. re spng, fundamentals, D&G, forward earnings, uplisting to NASDAQ, massive NSS position, with coming MOASS. I tried to end each call in middle, but they said continue. Bottom line each broker was VERY interested and impressed and agreed that any company with TV ads, sponsors, where products were available shouldn't be on OTC BB. I told them .20 is cheap, and told them to look at my various GTC sell order prices.
