Well, I see then that you are relatively new to investing.

Those are very important documents for an investor to read about the companies he/she is about to invest in.

The 10-Q is the quarterly financial updates the 10-K is the yearly financial update. These contain financial and share structures. Very important to know the key points of them.

8-K is any pertinent changes to the company in regards to share structure, accountant changes, etc etc

Tomorrow we go up around 0.21-0.22 range since we yet to get the momentum in terms of volume (comparing with June run). But i would say, Monday will be a day to start celebrating. We might test 0.25-0.35 ranage on Monday.

Upon the content on 10K on monday, we will run up/down next week. But till Monday we should be safe.
