10-Q is in October. A bit hard to determine the timing on that one at the present moment.

However your in luck as the 10-K comes out Monday. ;-)

We do not know the specifics of the release time. Only management know that.

Expect it no later than Monday if they dont apply for an extention, which I dont think they are going to file.

I think Monday morning around 5-6am.
