Happens all the time, check out NVSR, it had a 20 bagger and moved on fluffy PR`s. ALCD has a lot more going for it than they did, imo. Port security has been mandated by the US gov for all incoming cargo effect in 2012ish, I forgot the exact date, but you get the point.
