TDAs policy is instituted by thier laws rules and regulations.Like a bank.Can I draw my money out?No you used the wrong paper on the withdrawell slip.But I've banked here for thirty years,You know me and my famly.We'ved owned the business next door before you came here.Sorry bank policy!!!I've made some good money on stocks that TDA wronged.But it helped.Because it let me buy cheaper shares.GO ASFX.
