MC Great post as always.
I forgot about that event. Directv hit a competitor hard and was able to pick up and investment it felt was worthwhile. Amazed at your knowledge and especially with a newborn.

Debt for equity is certainly a possibility here, MC, but I sure hope that's not what we end up with. That's more than likely not good news for us common share holders. Come on asset sale!
