It's more than reasonable, hopefully we can hit that within a year. It sounds like the product they have is much better than what there is out in the market and to be honest, the prices are really competitive. My HOA is cheap (like every other one) but for only $80 a month, that's less than $.22 a household for us a month. Chump change!
