This company and several others who do not have a license from the patent holder to use the technology received a cease and desist letter recently if they were still in business. Greg Gilbert, the inventor's former lawyer and someone who was previously found liable for securities fraud by the SEC, is the person allegedly giving licenses on the claim that he owns all rights. This is strongly disputed by his former client and the inventor. The SEC has investigated Greg Gilbert before, and if anyone has been defrauded they should report him again. OF course, you can always attempt to contact Mr. Gilbert directly at [e-mail] or calling him at [phone]. He is in the process of trying to set up a whole new company and getting investors to put money into it, but the inventor is going to do what he can to stop him. It has been a constant struggle.

Well, just got rid of all my 14 shares

for tax purposes. I did enough dd to
determine that there is either no company
anymore and/or at best this will trade
ocassionally but not have any significant
rally.

I was contemplating buying more shares again
after reverse split some time ago to try and
reduce loss exposure.
