the only way the TA doesnt know the number of restricted shares is if the company didnt inform them or if the TA didnt record it properly.

Both are certainly possible here.

Go back and read FourKids_9pets posts from last night. Will clear up everything. This dead horse has been beaten. Burned. Dug up. Beaten again. Buried again and it still lives. And it was also stated today that the TA stated they made a mistake yesterday. So.....
