For CYROSHIPPER, your post 3683 dated August, 25th, 2009. How do you know their will be an S1 before and 8K?
If thats true, we MAY be having a hard time raising capital privately.

How much money is needed to actually ramp up? Not much IMO,
Most of these large CRO's aren't buying 10,000 shippers day one.
It will grow over time. Perhaps a Million for receivables and a few million for inventory. Emergent has satisfied the operational side.
Why 10-15 million, most likely the majority would go to reducing the debt.
