#14525 RE: GekkoTheGreat #14521

A potential legal attack could come from Spooz shareholders. Why? ONCP was given shares of ONCP to spooz insiders. Then insiders shut down the company and kept control of the shares. Thus, but default, Spooz insiders own ONCP at the back of Spooz shareholders. This same thing tried to happen with a NYSE company. A shareholder filed a lawsuit against that company. Any Spooz holder could do the same against Spooz and ONCP. All it takes is one person to start legal action and then it could turn into a class action lawsuit. Since I do not own Spooz, it is something that I need to keep in mind as a ONCP shareholder.
