Under the assumption of ambiguous results - In my opion, I don't think your scenario is feasable - the price for pipe shares will be in the .10-.15 range at best.
It would be better to solicit the sale of the company or to make a deal and transform the company into basically a "virtual" company - allowing shareholders to wait for a possible big payoff many years down the road.
