B2B, 2 bad the DTC is stalling

Thought we would get some resolution to the mess.

Former shareholders are in limbo and Swinford can't move forward with his plans. He's late with his filing again and I wonder if his business can survive the seemingly unending delays.

Do you know if anyone was compensated in any way for GFCI?
Shares of another company or cash? If not, could you ask?

Swinford has lost a great deal already due to the delays IMO. Just my opinion but American scam artists have learned to use continuances, postponements, and appeals to their advantage.
