look1 .. I believe you are wrong, the Insiders and Board of Directors do not control 28% of the present votes totals.

Please also copy the "notes" which reference the number in parens after the share count for each individual, and I am sure you will find that those "beneficial" share counts also include "Unexercised Options".

As every shareholder should know, Options do not carry any voting rights until they are Exercised and become Common shares.

I don't have time to look it up for confirmation, but I am pretty sure that my post regarding the inclusion of their Options in that beneficial ownership number will be accurate.
