If you have a CASH account your shares can't be borrowed anyway. Only margin accounts.

No so...anyone with margin accounts should...not cash accounts.
I have a margin and have a sell order starting at $3.75.
Those with margin accounts should have high sell orders in I agree with that. Reminder no one should have stop loss orders in. jmho
